The reason I make this piece is to showcase my ability to create a crisis communication plan. This plan not only aims to rebuild trust and brand reputation, but also emphasizes the importance of having timely messages in shifting public opinion.
In this project, I also use ChatGPT as a tool to brainstorm ideas, structure the layout, and refine word choices. It helps to convey the messages and information concisely and transparently.
I was responsible for everything in this project, from developing communication strategies to writing the DCAP statement and scheduling social media posts, based on my own knowledge and the course’s application.
